ES Mould base
Our mold base production line is located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.
Equipped with vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines, gun drills and other processing equipment , our production capacity can up to (W)1200mm x (L)2000mm.
We mainly produce non-standard mould bases, plastic mould bases include multi-color mouldsmulti-cavity roar moulds, forming moulds, metal stamping moulds and die-casting mould base. In 2020, 35% of our revenue was generated from mould base exports.
Our customers came from different industries, including electronic products medical equipment, office supplies, household appliances, bottle caps, and automotive products etc.
Mould base production standard
We are specialized in the production of mould bases with various standard, including metric, imperial, DME,Hasco, Progresive, etc. Our company can process according to customer's requirements.
The software we are using included: Pro/e, UG, AutoCAD, Solidworks, customers can provide drawings in different formats such as step, x t, IGS, DWG, etc. for us to make a quote, to draw and process.
Production follow-up of customer orders
During the production process, a designated staff will assign to follow up each order closely.
When the customer change his design, we can respond quickly and flexibly to adjust the processing work.
In addition, we will provide the processing progress to customers in a timely manner, so that they can have a better understand about the delivery status.
Production completed and qualified for shipment
In terms of the quality of the moludbase, we have on-site measurement such as boring and milling pocket. After completion of the production process, our QC will conduct full inspection.
The measurement tools include Japanese Mitutoyo measuring tools and coordinate measuring machine, product will be assembled upon passing the QC test.
